It’s no secret we love an easy meal around here! But we also love a healthy meal.. and we want to help families learn that you can have both! So, step away from the frozen pizza and light up your grill!
All you need is olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Stir the seasonings together. Drizzle the chicken with the olive oil, then sprinkle with seasonings on both sides.
Slice up your zucchini, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the zucchini in aluminium foil (small packets) and just toss everything on the grill! Grill until the zucchini is tender and chicken is no longer pink and juices are clear.
And there you have it! A nice healthy dinner that takes little time to get ready! Plus you will feel way better than you would after eating the frozen pizza!
